HOW TO PREPARE
Come as you are.
What to wear: Something comfortable that will allow ease in movement (white top, lounge pants / leggings).
What to bring:
- Personal journal
- Writing tool (pen)
- Filled water bottle
- Optional: Eye cover, personal scarf or blanket to cover your body
- Crystals – if you own one as it will be cleansed during sessions

A one-hour session of Reiki energy & sound healing using melodic sound of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum & koshi chimes.
Recommended for people who need relaxation, peace, calm & renewed vitality.
HOW TO PREPARE
Wear white clothing (just the top is fine) and arrive 15mins before the session. Hydrate well. Write healing intentions on a piece of paper (if any).

A one-on-one breath and sound session for when exhaustion won’t quit.
Rest & Reset is a one-hour session designed to bring your body and mind back online. Through guided breathwork and resonant sound, we shift your nervous system out of overdrive and into rest — no effort, no talking, no performing required. You just lie down and let go.
Perfect for anyone running on empty who needs more than sleep to feel human again.
