Do I need to believe in energy work for this to work?
No. Spinal Energetics works with your body’s natural intelligence, so results can occur even if you’re skeptical. Belief may enhance your experience, but it’s not required.
How is this different from regular therapy or coaching?
Spinal Energetics works directly with the body and nervous system, not just thoughts or behavior. It supports self-regulation, embodiment, and energetic release rather than talking through issues alone.
Who should not have Spinal Energetics?
Spinal Energetics isn’t suitable for children under 12, pregnant clients in their first or third trimester, or those within the first 3–6 months postpartum. It’s also not recommended for individuals with severe mental health conditions, recent major injuries or surgeries, certain cardiovascular or neurological conditions, or those taking strong medications that affect brain chemistry. Older adults over 70 may require extra caution, and all clients must provide full disclosure and consent so the practitioner can ensure safety.
Is this safe if I have a trauma history?
Each client is obligated to be honest in their new client forms and reveal all relevant conditions.
- Diagnosed Severe PTSD

- Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
- Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries

- Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
What is the resonance call?
A grounded space to explore your body–mind–energy state. Together, we’ll gently notice patterns, tension, and areas of activation, and identify aligned next steps to support your regulation, clarity, and wellbeing. You’ll also receive simple integration practices to begin applying immediately.
Are online sessions less effective?
Not necessarily. Energy isn’t limited by space or time—your system can still shift, release, and realign remotely. Through guided breath, movement, sound and energetic facilitation, online sessions support deep nervous system regulation and integration. Many clients feel profound changes, even from a distance.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goals and your body’s readiness. Many clients start with 4–12 sessions spaced 2–3 weeks apart for lasting results.
What can I expect to feel after a session?
Many feel lighter, calmer, and more grounded. Some notice subtle shifts in posture, energy, or emotions. Effects can be immediate or continue to unfold over several days.
What is the integration call for?
It supports your nervous system and body in processing and embodying the session’s shifts. You may receive guidance on breathwork, movement, or journaling to deepen and stabilize results.
