PRE-NATAL: With a little one on the way, it’s important to spend some quality time with your partner and reflect on your self-care and wellbeing during your pregnancy. Whether you want to try new experiences, indulge in our relaxing and luxurious spa treatments that are pregnancy safe, or simply spend some alone time together, we have plenty of opportunities for you and your partner to have quality time before the imminent arrival of your bundle of joy.
Optional: POST-NATAL: The retreats include daily yoga, private counselling, birth story sharing sessions as well as a relaxing massage and workshops to facilitate mother and child bonding.

What are the inclusions of an ‘all-inclusive’ retreat?
It means your stay, food, beverage, retreat activities, land/boat transfers and resort amenities are included in the retreat fee – without any surprise costs.

What are your Terms & Conditions?
Non-refundable once deposit is made. 50% to confirm slot or full payment may be made. Once deposit is made, the rest of the pending payment must be completed at least two weeks before the retreat. While slots are non-refundable, it may be transferred to another person if needed.
May not be rescheduled given the limited slots available per retreat. Only valid for reschedule due to natural calamities or medical emergencies.
There is a minimum number of participants to push through with the retreat. We will inform two weeks before should there be a need to postpone and reschedule the retreat if the minimum is not met.
Are flights included?
We have not included flights into the package since we have people joining from all over the world, however, it can be arranged upon request.
When should I arrive, and when should I plan to leave?
Plan to arrive at some point on the first day of the retreat (the first date mentioned in the dates listed on our website). We’ll have a group dinner that evening to meet everyone. Activities will start the next morning. The last activity will be the evening before the last day of the retreat, and people will leave at some point on the next day depending on flights. Hotel check-out is usually around 12noon, but you can stay at the hotel and use the facilities, pool, beach and spa if you have a later flight.
